Unlike last week, the Packers can’t hope to run the ball at the same pace or with the same level of efficiency against a stingy Titans offensive line, putting more pressure on the quarterback to create plays in key moments. Defensively, though, this looks like a positive matchup. Will Levis is Jay Cutler-level reckless and plays behind one of the most volatile offensive lines in football. Sack and turnover opportunities could be plentiful. Still, I think this game comes down to quarterback. If Love plays, the Packers have a six-point lead. If Malik Willis starts, the Titans have a six-point lead. Prediction: Packers 23, Titans 16
