The Dallas Cowboys came away with a victory against the New York Giants on Thursday. A day later, the NFC East team learned they had likely lost star linebacker Micah Parsons.
Parsons was knocked out of the game early on with a stinger. He returned after a while to the blue tent only to be injured again. This time, the linebacker suffered a serious ankle sprain and it could cost him time.
Remember, Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert attempted to suffer the same injury in Week 3, only to aggravate it and hand the loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Dallas then faces the Pittsburgh Steelers, then the Detroit Lions before obtaining its bye.
