In what could very well be the best game of the week in the NFL, the Pittsburgh Steelers (7-2) host the Baltimore Ravens (7-3) in an AFC North showdown. In order to achieve victory and further solidify their place at the top of the division, here are 5 offensive keys to achieving victory. Steelers should apply prior to the Week 11 game.

    Go first, run later:

Baltimore has a stingy run defense and a weak pass defense. Pittsburgh can take advantage of the passing game to open up Najee Harris and allow him to take over.

    Feed Pickens Early and Often:

WR George Pickens has benefited greatly from Russell Wilson taking over the signal duties and could dominate the game single-handedly in Week 11.

Use the running game to set the pace of the match:

Keeping the ball out of Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson’s hands is of the utmost importance. While the defense will do its job, Pittsburgh should rely on the rushing attack to control time of possession.

Enjoy Ravens’ Eddie Jackson and Brandon Stephens:

Without a doubt, two of the weakest members of an already struggling Baltimore secondary are S Eddie Jackson and CB Brandon Stephens. Calvin Austin and Mike Williams could steal the show if they face this cornerback-safety tandem in Week 11.

    Keep Russell Wilson upright:

November 10, 2024; Landover, Maryland, United States; Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson (3) is sacked by Washington Commanders linebacker Frankie Luvu (4) during the first half at Northwest Stadium. Although the Ravens secondary is one of the worst in the league, the team currently ranks in the top five in sacks with 31 in 10 games. Utilizing additional TE sets and max protection scenarios should be the priority for the Steelers in Week 11.
