For the second consecutive day, the Carolina Panthers have listed outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney as not participating in practice.
The 11th-year veteran was ruled out of Thursday’s session with a knee injury. Clowney, in his first season with the Panthers, recorded 30 combined tackles, 2.5 sacks, five quarterback hits and a team-high 27 pressures in nine games in 2024.
Wide receiver Jalen Coker (quadriceps) and tight end Ja’Tavion Sanders (neck) were also out. Head coach Dave Canales told reporters Wednesday that he doesn’t expect the rookie pass catchers to be ready for Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
