Rankins has dealt with several injuries this season, including a hamstring injury that forced him to miss several games. He hasn’t played since last month’s game against the Baltimore Ravens while battling a viral illness. Wide receiver Charlie Jones, tight end Tanner McLachlan and third-string quarterback Logan Woodside are also inactive for Cincinnati.
