Christmas Day brings a doubleheader of NFL action. This will be the fifth consecutive season where games will be played over the holidays and the second in a row that will feature both the Baltimore Ravens And Kansas City Chiefs.
Their opponents will be Houston Texans And Pittsburgh Steelers. All four teams clinched a spot in the AFC playoff picture.
The NFL Christmas games will begin at 1:00 p.m. EST and both matchups are potential playoff previews.
Kansas City is the AFC’s No. 1 seed heading into Week 17, and the Chefs will face Steelers in the opening match. Meanwhile, Baltimore will face the Texans in a rematch of the 2023 divisional matchup.

All four teams played Saturday in Week 16 and are playing on short rest. The defending champions suffered no ill effects from a Super Bowl hangover.
The Chiefs move closer to the AFC’s No. 1 seed after beating Houston 27-19. Meanwhile, the Steelers fell into the hands of Crows SATURDAY; a win would have given them the head-to-head and the AFC North title. Instead, Pittsburgh hopes to bounce back and hold off Baltimore with two games remaining.
If Buffalo lost on Sunday in Week 16, the Chiefs would lock up the No. 1 seed, and they would have nothing on the line for this Christmas matchup. The Steelers are battling into the AFC playoffs behind a reinvigorated offense with Russell Wilson at the bar.

Houston Texans vs. Baltimore Ravens
It’ll be time to drink eggnog when the second NFL game kicks off on Christmas. THE Texans won the AFC South title for the second straight season. The offense carried out by CJ Stroud, Nico Collins And Joe Mixon will look to bounce back after losing to the Chiefs on Saturday.
Conversely, the Ravens are eyeing another deep run in January and hoping to overtake the Steelers in the AFC North to guarantee themselves at least one home playoff game.
Reigning NFL MVP Lamar Jackson and backfield teammate Derrick Henri combine for one of the most dynamic offensive weapon pairs in the NFL. These teams could be on a collision course to meet in the playoffs for the second year in a row.
