THE New England Patriots The injury report for Thursday’s practice revealed several key injuries.
Cornerback Christian Gonzalez is in concussion protocol after suffering a head injury in last week’s loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Center Ben Brown, who missed last week’s game with a concussion, was still out. Rookie Ja’Lynn Polk was also out with a shoulder injury.
There were 10 Patriots players listed as limited participants, including Drake Maye, Kyle Dugger and Hunter Henry. Maye is expected to play in the season finale against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, but is dealing with a hand injury.

The Patriots are 3-13 this season with no hope of making the playoffs. They could choose to play their starters against the Bills on Sunday or use this game to take a look at some of the other players on their roster.
If the season ended today, the Patriots would hold the top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. However, a win would put that draft pick in jeopardy.
