Green Bay Packers executive Jon-Eric Sullivan will get at least two interviews for general manager positions this hiring cycle. According to NFL Network’s Ian RapoportThe Tennessee Titans have requested to interview Sullivan for their open general manager position.
Sullivan, the Packers’ vice president of player personnel under Brian Gutekunst, is also expected to speak with the New York Jets.
The search process at Tennessee is being led by Titans president of football operations Chad Brinker, who spent nearly 15 years in Green Bay under Ted Thompson and Gutekunst and alongside Sullivan.
Sullivan, the son of an NFL and college football coach, arrived in Green Bay in 2004. He has extensive experience as a college scout and on the pro personnel side, and he helped the Packers build teams around Aaron Rodgers and rebuilding the roster around Jordan Love in recent years.
The Titans fired general manager Ran Carthon after just two seasons at the helm. Tennessee finished 3-14 in 2024 – including a blowout loss to the Packers early in the season – and will have the first overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, which will be held in Green Bay.
