Las Vegas raiders appointed the deputy director general of Buccaneers, John Spytek, as a new managing director. Spytek will replace Tom Telesco in Las Vegas.
Spytek began his second season as deputy managing director in 2024 and his ninth with the Buccaneers, after spending 21 seasons in total in the NFL. Before being promoted Deputy Managing Director, Spytek held the position of Vice-President of the Player Staff for two seasons. Since he joined the BUCS in 2016, Tampa Bay has won four participations in the playoff series, six victories in playoffs, three titles in the NFC Sud division and a Super Bowl championship.
