New Orleans’ saints have overcome the snowy time and are back to interview some head coache candidates who announced that they have finished their second interview with the defensive coordinator of Miami Dolphins, Anthony Weaver.

Weaver is an increasingly important name in the coache cycle in the past two years and will almost certainly get a job in the near future. He does not seem to have an interview with the Dallas Cowboys, the only other opening, so the saints will probably have the choice to hire him if they wish.

Hiring him would be an investment in culture. His defenses have obtained solid results, but the most glowing praise come from his leader’s ability. Given their interest in Mike Truebel and Aaron Glenn earlier in this research, it would be logical that Weaver was the choice.
