    Cowboys to interview assistant dolphins for the opening of DC

    Miami Dolphins The coach of the outdoor seconds, Ryan Crow, will interview the post of defensive coordinator of the Dallas Cowboys, According to Adam Schefter d’Espn.

    Crow had previously interviewed for the post of defensive coordinator of the New England Patriots shortly before the team decided to hire Terrell Williams for the role. The Cowboys presented Brian Schottenheimer as their new head coach earlier on Monday.

    The Dolphins hired Crow in 2024 after spending the previous six seasons on Mike Trobel’s staff with Tennessee Titans. Last week, Truebel was announced as the new Patriots head coach, but opted for his retirement with his former assistant.

    Schottenheimer, 51, began his career as a coach of the NFL in 1997, but did not cross Crow before.

    In his first season with the Dolphins, Crow spent most of the year working with young rushers on the way while Bradley Chubb and Jaelan Phillips rehabilitate injuries. The choice of first round, Chop Robinson experienced impressive growth over the season, turning into one of the most productive passes in NFL in the second half.
