Before having his career at the NFL renown temple, Ray Lewis was doing his thing at the University of Miami almost as long as the last time that the Miami Dolphins won an eliminatory match.
The longtime second-time second-handed of the Baltimore Ravens had interesting thoughts when he talked about dolphins on the eve of the AFC title matches and the NFC this weekend and how they could regain importance after missing the series qualifiers this season and finished with a victory record for the first time in five years.
“Sometimes you have to go through these reconstruction phases,” Lewis said to Samantha Rivera from CBS Miami to the Pugasus World Cup thoroughbred in Miami on Saturday. “I think that when you have a lot of rock stars, superstars, I will take more chemistry than I would take rock stars. Give me people that I can work together, and then everything is going. But they have so much Personalities, so many people, then so many directions that they really do not know … When you think of the Dolphins, what is the identity?

Lewis played his entire career in the NFL with the Ravens, arriving as the second first round choice of the first Ravens draft after leaving Cleveland in 1996 and leaving after the 2012 season. He was double defensive player of the year The NFL and seven times the first team AP All-Pro, and helped Baltimore win the Super Bowl during the 2000 and 2012 seasons.
He was on the opposite touch line the last two times that the dolphins organized qualifying matches, helping Baltimore defeat Miami 20-3 in 2001 and 27-9 in 2008. The Dolphins of course won a match for the last time On December 30, 2000 when they defeated the Indianapolis colts in overtime.
