The NFL Draft analyst shares the key reason for which Cam Ward is better suited to Cleveland’s browns

The Browns of Cleveland have a massive decision in their hands because they decide whether the Sheder Sanders or Cam Ward quarters are worthy of the overall choice n ° 2 in the draft of the NFL.

And although there was a lot of buzz connecting Cleveland to Sanders, the NFL draft expert Daniel Jeremiah, considers Ward as the best for the Browns. During his annual conference of the pre-NFL combination, Jeremiah took a few minutes to explain why.

His reasoning comes down to one thing: the Cleveland division plays.

“After spotting this division for some different teams, we always wanted guys who were very robust and strong,” said Jeremiah. “It’s a physical division. You will play in the wind and time as you go throughout the season. The strength of the arm counts a little more there.”

AFC North has definitively developed the reputation of being a version of a division over the years.

To its point, time tends to be a factor for the four cities. In fact, the Browns won an upset victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday evening football last season thanks to a decisive pass from heavy snow of the lake.

What is interesting for the Browns, however, is that the editorial staff of Ward or Sanders in N ° 2 in total would suggest that they have identified their deductible quarter for the years to come. The franchise which plans to open a new stadium in the form of a dome in 2029, the time will not be a factor for the games at Browns in a few years.

However, Jeremiah’s point is valid and even if he can see Ward as better suited to Cleveland, it was quick to clarify that this does not necessarily mean that Sanders cannot be great in its own right.

“I’m not saying that Shemer cannot play there,” he said. “He can adapt in the system for sure. If they were going in this direction, it does not blind me completely or shocks me. Weight only perhaps in other places.”

Time will tell us if the Browns Brass agrees with the assessment of Ward by Jeremiah as the best to assume the quarter-arre coat of the franchise.
