The Detroit Lions have two new coordinators who will be responsible for continuing to develop and get the most out of young talents on the active list.
John Morton and Kelvin Sheppard have work to do, but have the benefit of working with a young hungry list that corresponds to the clearly established culture built by Dan Campbell and the front office.
Some have expressed a slight level of concern concerning the 2025 NFL season, due to the overhaul of all coach staff.
Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn were able to gain respect for the locker room and developed young players at a coherent pace. As a result, Detroit appreciated his most successful season in the history of the franchise last year.

After failing in the NFC championship match in 2023, the Campbell team went 15-2 during the regular season of 2024.
Appearing on the “The Squeeze” podcast, the defensive winger Aidan Hutchinson minimized the impact of the loss of Glenn and Johnson, who both became NFL head coaches for the first time.
“I don’t care who they bring. Obviously, keep Dan (Campbell), there is what we all want. But coordinators, position coaches, this does not matter. As long as we have the right guys in the locker rooms and these guys from the attack and defense foundation, you can ride anyone in it to call the parts, “said Hutchinson.” In the end, it will be the game leaders who make these games on Sunday.
“As long as we keep our basic group and keep everyone there, we will stay in this winner window.”
