THE Titans du Tennessee are looking for their next quarter-arre. With Will Levis being the only quarter of the list for 2025, a new signaleur could come from anywhere, the titans apparently open to the addition of a veteran and a recruit this offseason.
Taking the n ° 1 choice in the draft of the NFL, there have been a lot of discussions centered on the upper two quarters of this class: Cam Ward and Sheder Sanders. In other projects, taking one of these two quarters would be obvious, but as the guru of the Mel Kiper Jr. project underlined it during the first take, this was not the case in 2025.
“There is no universal love for no quarter-arre.” Kiper said at some point, and he could be right.
The analysts and scout projects seem to be torn apart on the value of the two main callers, with them with many different notes on large boards through the screening landscape.
At one point, Kiper compared this project for the year, there was a debate between Ryan Leaf and Peyton Manning. A quarter-arre (Leaf) was more athletic and seemed to have a higher advantage, while the other (Manning) was a traditional and more cerebral than athletic passer.
It may not be the perfect comparison, but it has a certain merit. Ward and Sanders are completely different quarters, and where they find themselves strongly weighing on their success in the NFL.
It would not be a surprise if Tennessee has selected one of these quarters. But there are still a lot of obstacles to be eliminated before it could happen at the draft in April.
