It is starting to seem that bears walk in places they have never been, or at least not recently.
It is too early to say this on the list in general because more movements must still be made free agency And the project, but what is different is that the team’s decision -makers make daring and aggressive movements and they are on the avant-garde of the thought of the NFL.
For a deductible used to slow down the action, a rear and stupid thought over the years, it is a radical departure.
The examples are the trade in Joe Thuney and Jonah Jackson and Ben Johnson’s overall capacity to work with GM Ryan Polas effectively and decisively before the negotiation period of the Libre agency even begins.
How often in the past, have the bears were winners in foot battles for a player?
Take it from his former Patriots roommate, @ Clayharbs82.

Again Albert Breer de Sports Illustrated Reported in an interview on Boston Sports Sports Sports of Boston Tonight that the Bears won a battle on the Patriots and prevented Thuney from turning to New England. Breer painted a painting where the Bears had been condemned about Thuney and the Patriots still looked like bears. They embossed and did not want to make an additional minor step to get the player they wanted.
“They spoke to the chiefs of Joe Thuney, obviously, they would not respect their price, which seems a little crazy given their offensive line problems, and the fact that it is a future choice of fourth round (2026),” said Breer. “I would have questions if that was the choice of fourth round of this year, because they have only eight choices and a ton of list must take care and they have to write well, and need this margin of error.
Trading Joe THUNEY was not easy for chiefs. He is loved in this building. But KC has the best paid center in the NFL, and now, on a label, its best paid goalkeeper. And being there, it is difficult to extend Thune, at 32 too.
Bears, however, can easily extend it.

“But I am a little surprised that they were not willing to go at this price.”
This is particularly surprising given the amount that the patriots have available. They enter the free agency with the most ceiling space.
The Bears had no problem concluding this agreement, even if it means that they could have Thune that for a year because his contract expires, the way in which they concluded the contract of Keenan Allen for a year.

The difference here is that the only year will cost the Bears $ 16 million for one year of what would have been a ceiling of $ 26.9 million for chiefs.
If things work, the bears can always accept an extension or they could always extend it right away, as they did with Sweat goes up.
The Bears identified a player they wanted and the price was not too high because he wants to get the protection that Caleb Williams needs to have an effective first season under Johnson.
That #Belles are in a new addition Joe Thuney.

They can always write players this year who can come and learn and be ready next year to play the job if they lose Thuney after a season, or write or sign a replacement in 2026.
The choice of draft for next year is even a better situation for the bear because, as Breer points out, they can always do something to recover the choice before the draft of next year in terms of profession.
“You must have guys here who can play this kind of level and bring you to respectability,” said Breer.

A year ago, the posts did not shoot the trigger and would not give the patriots better than the choice of third round they obtained from Atlanta in the trade for the Rusher Edge Matthew Judon.
Now, with hindsight, it was not a good deal because Judon had a mediocre season and is a free agent. But the fact is not how Judon played, this is how the Bears would not have succeeded at stage and would offer something better than the choice of third round that the Falcons gave him. What was the strong conviction? Apparently, it was not high and if it is not the case, then why get involved in talks in the first place.
The posts did not get a lot of help from Matt Eberflus to clarify what is quite necessary and it seems that Johnson does it.
THE @Chiefs Discover Buck Sweep on 3rd and 1 after trying to operate the ball between the plated all the season there. He is so well blocked with small details so well executed. Thune’s attraction is great. Moore with an exceptional block on the LB. Everything is fine. pic.twitter.com/hh3sab6ouv

At least they told the combination that Johnson was doing this. Johnson said Thune was a necessary and ideal player for his attack, even if only for a year. Polish agreed. They took the step.
The trade of a sixth round choice without meaning to acquire Jonah Jackson is obviously the influence of Johnson. He was a player whom he had seen occurring during a season at the pro Bowl in Detroit, the one who improved as a blocker but who was then injured, could not train, then had to change position.
5) THUNEY is again on the pads and has been pushed back in MAHOMES. The Pacheco chip is actually disengaging from Taylor’s sweat, and with Trey Smith, he had 180 degrees and facing his own goal area while trying to fight Carter, sweat can clean the attempt at Mahomas to rush. Johnson knows this player, just as he knew the winger tight Durham Smythe, who becomes his new Brock Wright, a tight rescue end that catches the same number of passes as Wright in Detroit, blocks and even played in the same college as Wright, Notre-Dame.
This new Tag Bears team was looking forward to starting reconstruction and found ways to do so before the free agency when prices are still increasing due to the auction wars.
This is only the beginning, and they have a lot of ground to catch up after years of wading.
Is your friendly reminder that the main blocker of this TD was Joe Thuney, who was too expensive for the patriots pic.twitter.com/ez9utvbmkt
