The NFL, in particular the New York Giants and the Pittsburgh Steelers, are waiting for the choice of the Libre quarter Aaron Rodgers, from which team he will play for next season.
Colin Cowherd de Fox Sports thinks there is an obvious choice, but not for the reasons you think.
Cowherd recently said in his program The herd that the giants are suitable for Rodgers that the Steelers. And its main reason – the giant offensive line – is somewhat surprising.
“A greater offensive coach of the left tackle, a large weapon. You will have more power, and the lists are not so different. Pittsburgh has no left tackle. The giants do,” said Cowherd.

In good health, the left platform of the Giants Andrew Thomas is one of the best plated on the left of the League. The choice of first round of 2020 finished with a note of 75.4 pff in total in six games to appear in the top 25 of qualification plates. The year of Thomas was however interrupted by a foot injury suffered against the Bengals of Cincinnati.
The 26 -year -old missed 27 games in four seasons. Overall, the offensive line aligned ten combinations last season, tied for most of the league, and finished with 215 combined pressures, 45 strokes of quarters and 48 bags authorized by PFF.
Managing Director Joe Schoen has signed plated for James Hudson III and Stone Forsythe to add depth outside and signed the guards Greg Van Roten and Aaron Stinnie inside.
The Steelers offensive line was just as important as the giants, allowing a pressure rate of 38.6% of the regular season (29th) which included 49 bags, 148 total pressures and 61 quarter -strokes.
The offensive line is probably a higher criterion for Rodgers, whose first season with the jets was interrupted in his first game due to an Achilles injury he suffered in the fourth Snap.
Although he returned the following year to start each of the 17 games, his mobility suffered. Rodgers was dismissed 40 times and did not rush for more than 100 meters in a season for the first time since 2007.
Cowherd also has high expectations for head coach Brian Daboll and thinks he is a better trainer than Mike Tomlin, a future renowned temple.
“Mike Tomlin is a motivator. But when does the motivation not work in the playoffs? Because everyone is motivated. You don’t need motivation. You need analyzes. You need great circumstantial greatness, a situational shine,” said Cowherd.
“The Steelers have lost more than three following games at the end of the year. Why is it? Because the game became smarter and more offensive, the motivating defensive coach, this thing wears out by December.
“I think the giants have more pieces that work for Aaron: the offensive coach, the young star receiver and the excellent left tackle. I would sign with the New York Giants.”
