THE Falcons of Atlanta have signed three other free agents, officially adding security Jordan FullerLarge receiver / Return specialist Jamal Agnew and tight end Franks of Feleipe Thursday evening.
The three players will meet the immediate needs in Atlanta. Fuller replaces Justin Simmons, Agnew replaces Avery Williams and Franks replaces Ross Dwellley.
Fuller, 27, passed his first four seasons of the NFL with the Rams of Los Angeles Before signing with the Carolina Panthers As a free agent last year. Fuller started 55 career games and was the departure of the RAMS Super Bowl team in 2021.
The old sixth round choice played for the head coach of Falcons Raheem Morris for three years in Los Angeles. Fuller appeared in nine games for the Panthers last season, recording 54 plated (28 solo), a forced escape and a defended pass. He has nine career interceptions.
Agnew, 29, is another addition that has previous experience with Atlanta coach staff. The Pro Bowl Return Man has spent the 2020 season with the Special Falcon team coordinator Marquice Williams to Detroit. During seven NFL seasons, AGNEW recorded 77 catches for 746 reception yards and five affected.
The first Lions The star returned 124 clearance covers for 1,280 yards and four affected, adding 3,112 yards and two affected during 122 kicks. A former defensive back, Agnew went to the wide receiver during his fourth season. He can help provide depth now that Rondale Moore has signed with the Vikings du Minnesota.
Finally and above all, Franks returns to Atlanta after playing 16 games for the Carolina Panthers Last season. The former free agent not drafted played the quarter-arre during his season recruited in Atlanta before Arthur Smith moved him towards the end of 2022.
Former second Falcons Lorenzo Carter signed with the Titans du Tennessee THURSDAY. Carter started 11 games last season, but he shouldn’t come back once the team added Divine Deablo and Leonard Floyd free agency.
