THE Indianapolis colts would have had a professional day visit with the defensive winger of Illinois Seth Coleman, according to Justin Melo of the draft network.

Coleman measured 6-034 – 248 pounds and displayed a relative athletic score (RAS) of 7.14 out of 10. He stood out in the 40, performing 4.68 and in vertical and wide jumps.
Coleman played nearly 2,200 defensive snaps during his six seasons in Illinois, including more than 570 snaps in each of the last three.
His most productive year as rusher of PFF measures occurred in 2022, when he totaled 37 pressures and six bags. This year, Coleman made 30 pressures and a bag. For what it is worth, he is classified as a racing defender slightly higher than the average.
“I was able to focus on my technique,” said Coleman in Melo in an interview. “I could see more and do more as a player because I trusted my eyes. I felt like a smoother and more efficient player. This is what I felt. I also gained weight. I won 10 pounds in the season.

“I used more power as a rusher. I became a better power rusher because I had this good weight on me.”
Coleman would also mention in his interview with Melo that he had gone through exercises during his professional day as a second -ball secondary. “Wherever they put me, I’m going to put my best foot forward,” said Coleman.
