The recruits, titled by Tetairoa McMillan, took the field of practice for the first time.
Charlotte, NC – The new class of Carolina Panthers The recruits adapted and took the ground on Friday to open the minicamp recruit. The eight replay selections of the panthers were joined by unrelated free recruit agents and some hopes trying for the team. After the first day, Dave Canales was impressed by what he saw.
“I just wanted to see if they could line up and do these things,” said Panther Dave Canales coach. “It looks really smooth, I’m sure there will be things that will appear, but right now it looks good.”
During the first round of the draft, the Panthers selected the wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan outside the Arizona. Canales has said that so far he had lived up to their pre-tangle expectations.
“It looks fluid, easy to throw, just as we thought,” said Canales. I was doing it just through the individual exercises, I had Bop’s chance between the offensive and the defense, but in the small song I saw, you can see where the route is. [He’s] A guy who works on his job, enters and is ready to leave. Really excited by him. “”
TMAC spoke with the media after the mini-camp session and explained how his university experience has prepared him so far.
“I had the chance to play in a professional style offense, to have a professional style coach in Arizona,” said the receiver of Panther Tetairoa McMillan. “The tempo, the speed of the game with regard to training, is almost the same.”
When he asked him about his impressions of Charlotte so far, Tmac says he plans to lock himself in his football for the moment.
“I will not do too much in town. I will be in the field and in the establishment and that’s it,” said McMillan.
The choice of Draft and the receiver Jimmy Horn Jr. of Colorado has a very positive impression of the city of Charlotte.
“Crazy, that’s where I really wanted to be,” said the receiver of the Panthers Jimmy Horn Jr. “I came during my visit, I prayed on this subject, I manifested it and I was drafted here. It’s really there that I wanted to be.”
The receiver room is filled with many talents between TMAC, Horn Jr., Legette, Thielen and the newly acquired Hunter Renfrow receiver. Horn Jr. said he is impatiently awaiting learning of players around him.
“I’m going to learn guys who played here before me. My natural self, I’m a competitor, so I’m going to compete. I’m going to find a way there and be as good as possible,” said Horn Jr.
The panthers conclude that the minicamp recruit on Saturday, and the veterans will join later in May for the start of the OTA.
