“When we were recruited outside the school, we both tried to play together, and that did not end up working,” he said. “One of my teammates in which I was with Michigan, he was from Memphis, and Walter was obviously a big name that came out of high school, and we were trying to get it in Michigan.
“I was in a way the favorite of our class, so I was just trying to do everything I could to bring him to Michigan, so I did things like when we were in high school. I went to Martin Luther King High School and he thought about coming to Detroit to go to high school, so I went there with him to hang this type of scene.
In the end, Nolen did not go to Michigan.

This time there was no recruitment. The cardinals have selected the two players and now they are NFL teammates.
