This is because two of the three previous coaches were hired as chief coaches after a single season at Tampa Bay.
After the 2023 season, Dave Canales was hired by the Carolina Panthers as head coach. Liam Coen took over and after a season with the Bucs, this off -season was hired to train the Jacksonville jaguars.

“I don’t know why. We are a humble organization,” he said. “We have a lot of great players. This is good, however, we like to have this oppressed mentality. We have a lot of oppressed. Many guys with a huge amount of talent and a lot of heart that fight week after week.”
David then named Canales and Coen among the hardest offensive coaches against the match plan against.
“Liam Coen, going against him. Dave Canales.” Lavonte said. “Sean Mcvay of course. All this tree. Shanahan, you know all these guys.”
David has developed what makes guys like Canales and Coen are difficult to play.
