Tyler, Texas (Ketk) – With the current summer, this is this time of year when several former outdoor football competition in eastern Texas return to the Piney Woods to organize football camps.

On Saturday, the former off-procure of John Tyler, Tyus Bowser, returned to Rose City to organize his annual football camp for young people.

Bowser, who was outside the football and basketball competition in John Tyler before playing on the gridiron of the University of Houston, organized two sessions on Saturday for young children aged 9 to 12 and high school students aged 13 to 17.

Bowser played seven seasons in the NFL and now plays the outside secondary for Miami dolphins.

He missed all the 2023 season due to a knee injury and says that he hopes that the adversity he had to overcome can serve as a lesson for children so as not to abandon, no matter what life throws them on the football field.

Bowser was joined by former John Tyler and his teammate Uh Greg Ward Jr. at the camp on Saturday.

Bowser and Ward Jr. said it means a lot of return to Tyler and mentoring children.

“Lots of familiar faces. I know that some of the “EM are like” yeah I was here in 21 and you signed my crampons “or” you have given me this price for that “so that they remember that and that you just have as a memory for them is all that I want as an i.e. that will make it possible for the last eternally and just to see these years later, what makes me last and just for me and Whether it’s for the last happy.

“It is very encouraging for the young people who looked at us and probably looked at us while we were playing and just for them to see us in person and simply ask questions or simply choose our brain on everything that is very important. I know that in the event, I still wanted to do it, so I know that it is very important and it is very encouraging for them,” said Ward Jr.

At the end of the camp on Saturday, Bowser distributed gift cards and signed football balls to the best artists.
