Gruden became part of the ownership group with the Nashville Kats in May, joining a capacity of advice and advice. While playing this role, Gruden also held involved in the NFL circles, visiting several teams in recent years.

More recently, Gruden observed the title champion of AFC North Baltimore Ravens. Head coach John Harbaugh talked about the appearance of Gruden and what it involved.

“He loves football, he is a great football coach, a great football spirit,” said Harbaugh via the team website. “He studied our team, gave us an overview – players, coaches, plans, all that. We did not give him the game book, we did not give him a script either. You can only go so far. He studied us.”

“Basically, the message was:” If I plan the game against you in defense, what would I do, how could I attack you? He did not stop there. He looked at our offensive guys. He had something for each player. Very, very detailed. “”

Harbaugh and Gruden both share common ground in what they both have reached the pinnacle of sport and won a super bowl. For Harbaugh, there is certainly an advantage in bringing a lively football spirit to observe a team and give its comments.
