Washington commanders are very proud of their defense last season, in particular their ability to defend the pass.

And one of the reasons why they were able to do it was a solid game of a key recruit.
In a recent article by Pff Bradley LockerHe brings together a team full of players who, according to him, could intervene in 2025. And one of the players he lists is the young defensive rear Mike Sainristil.
“While playing out of position in the outdoor half -corner during its recruited season, Sainristil recorded a PFF note of 65.8 with a coverage note of 64.5 pff,” wrote Locker. “The commanders took Trey Amos to the second round, which should allow Sainristil to slip inside – where he prospered in Michigan … The strong production on the Sainistil ball and a tight blanket should only increase with him in the slit in 2025.”
Commanders exchanged against the veteran corner of Marshon Lattimore on the deadline last season, but he only played two games due to an injury. But Sainristil was able to intensify significantly during his first year to give the team an essential boost for this position.

The 24 -year -old defensive back has finished his recruit season with a very impressive number of plated for a corner with 93, including 62 being solo. But he was also able to show his impressive ball ball skills with a pair on interceptions and 14 defended passes.
If Sainristil can continue to improve, then Lattimore could make the secondary school secondary even more scary than it was already.
