Dallas Cowboys wide receiver and Kavontae Turpin return specialist was arrested on Saturday at a pair of crimes The Dallas Morning News.
Turpin was arrested and sentenced to County County prison, which is just northeast of Dallas on Saturday in possession of marijuana and illegal transport of a weapon. Other details on the incident are not yet known, although the two accusations are crimes in the state of Texas.

Turpin was released from prison on Sunday. We do not know which discipline he will face with the League, if necessary.
This just marks the last out -of -field number that Turpin was confronted throughout his player career. The former TCU off competition was launched from the team to the college after being arrested for assault, to which he then pleaded guilty.
Turpin is not drafted from TCU, and he played in several other leagues before finally landing with the cowboys before the 2022 season. He was even appointed MVP of the USFL when he played with the generals of New Jersey.
The 28 -year -old has also shone with cowboys in recent years. He won two Pro Bowl’s head nods during his three seasons there, and he had a career summit of 420 yards and two affected by 31 catches last year. He was also an All-Pro kicking turner in the first team with a return of 904 kicks of 904 and two feedback in total while making an average of 33.5 yards per kick-off.
Cowboys will officially open a training camp in southern California on July 21. They will open the season on September 4 against the Eagles of Philadelphia.
