THE New York Giants Count on several of their young players to take the next steps in their careers this year. One of them is the tight end Theo Johnson, who was a fourth round choice in Penn State in the draft of the NFL 2024.
Johnson showed a certain capacity as a recruit in 2024, catching 29 of the 43 targets for 331 yards and a touchdown before the end of his season after 12 games with the dreaded injury of Lisfranc’s foot.

The 6 -foot 6 inch and 265 pounds johnson has made its way in shape, and this off -season frequented the university tight in Nashville led by George Kittle, Travis Kelce and Greg Olsen.
“I thought it was a great experience, bypassing the guys I have somehow looked at cinema and the band and all that, and see them in person, having a practical approach. I thought it was a really cool experience,” Journalists told Journalists on Friday after training. “Something at university, every end, wants to be there to be there, so it was a pretty cool experience. I had a ton. I can’t wait to go back next year.”
Johnson was asked if he had learned something that he did not already know.
“I would not say that these are things that I did not know entirely, but just see how Kittle brings physicity in the racing game and also in the passage game, top of the route, using his body very well, having this control of the body,” he said. “I think that’s something I got out of his speeches, especially in class stuff.”

A player who made an impression on Johnson was the former chick of the Giants in the first round Evan Engram, who is now a member of the Denver Broncos.
“I learned a lot from Evan Engram, how he moves and all that, how smooth his movements are. I learned a ton of these two guys and many others,” he said.
An additional advantage Johnson obtained his trip to Nashville was that he said that he had been able to meet the significant other of Kelce, the pop star Taylor Swift.
