The Indianapolis colts are currently organizing a battle for a quarter-back training camp between Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones.
However, Kristopher Knox to Bleacher Report Think that Indianapolis should add more competition to the position group by exchanging the Cleveland Browns signaleur, Kenny Pickett.
“The colts, who use the former Eagles offensive coordinator, Shane Steichen, as head coach, should consider adding Pickett to their QB competition,” Knox wrote.
Pickett is currently in a quarter-back competition with the Browns, which have four potential starting options.
If Pickett is unable to hang the starting place in Cleveland, the team could seek to exchange it and acquire recovery capital instead of hiding it on the bench. Joe Flacco, Dillon Gabriel and Sheder Sanders are all likely to steal the work far from the 27 -year -old woman.
The colts could emerge as an landing point for Pickett if neither Richardson nor Jones is established as the clear starter. However, abandoning the capital project for a lower starting signler to the average would be a terrible decision by the director general Chris Ballard, who could fight for his work in 2025.
Overall, it is unlikely that Pickett will be traveling before week 1, but he could be a potential candidate on the deadline for trade if there are teams interested in a veteran backup.
Indianapolis will probably take place in the season with Richardson or Jones as a starter, and the other as a high quality backup.
