Baltimore Ravens’ third year receiver, Zay Flowers, is ready to play in significant matches after being retained from last year’s playoffs with a knee injury.

Flowers missed the two Baltimore games after having injured his right knee to the second quarter of the regular season final against Cleveland.

The old first round choice of Boston College said that he used this lost time to fuel his motivation in the training camp, then in the season.

“It was bad to miss this time and miss the playoffs, because you work all season, then you injure yourself [in the] Last match, “said Flowers.” It really motivated me to resume the field, to push my rehabilitation, to my therapy and to come back to the place where I was, but I feel better than before. “”

Flowers, which appears faster and more explosive than last season, attributes this to the way he rehabilitated and worked for this offseason.

“You are just working,” said Flowers. “I headed hills. I trained with my coach on specific things I wanted to do, and we did it. I had the impression of becoming faster. I became stronger. I felt better than I did before I got injured.”

Flowers made its first Pro Bowl in 2024 after caught 116 assists for 1,059 yards.

    Experience in playoffs

In previous two years, Flowers played two games in the playoff series, all in its recruit season 2023.

That year, the Ravens reached the AFC championship match before losing against the Chiefs of Kansas City.

Flowers had five catches for 115 yards and a touchdown against the chiefs, but he experienced a personal and personal escaped penalty and escaped the 1 meter line in the fourth quarter.

    Notable practice absences

The Ravens held their first training training with pads on Monday Mills on Monday.

There were a few absences, including the Alexander jar corner half and the large recipient Rashod Bateman.

Head coach John Harbaugh said that Alexander had made the drained knee due to swelling, but that he should be back in training on Tuesday.

Bateman was sent home because he was sick.

Second Jake Hummel made his debut at the training camp on Monday. He missed all last week with a hand injury.
