The Buccaneers of Tampa Bay have already picked up Haason Reddick this offseason to strengthen its rushroom room, but should they try to trade against the phenomenon of Cowboys of Dallas Micah Parsons? Almost certainly – but can you even put a price on its value?
Parsons is a familiar name for any football fan, with a step of 52.5 bags in four years and 63 plated for the loss in the same period. It is a double All-Pro team, Quadruple Pro from Bowler and an absolute nightmare so that any quarter-rear is confronted, and after a series of events that took place on Friday, it could be available on the commercial market.
Parsons tried to obtain a new Dallas cowboys contract, but officially asked for a job on Friday. While most players leave it there, Leaves has brought his note application to broadcast a list of grievances he has with Dallas Cowboys and why he doesn’t want to play it anymore. While most players who ask for a business end up staying, it seemed that the bridges had been very burned between the two games.
The loss of a man is the gain of another man, as saying the saying. The Buccaneers would probably be the favorites of the Super Bowl with the addition of parsons given the way the offensive is considered, but should Tampa Bay Buccaneers really take a step?
Yes. Parsons is a demolition of games that can change the trajectory of an entire franchise, and the BUCs are no exception. Even with a rush to the renovation of the pass this year, Start can spend any unit from a good one to a good one to a good one, and if you can find a way to do it, do it – no matter the cost.
But what could be the cost?
There was a similar problem whenever Myles Garrett asked for a business earlier during the offseason (he ended up staying in Cleveland). The only thing that we really have to compare a potential trade like this is Khalil Mack’s trade that sent him Oakland Raiders to the Chicago Bears – the Bears granted two computer choices in the first round, a sixth round choice and a third round choice next year for Mack services. Mack was 27 years old when it happened, and go a year under the age of 26. In addition, Mack had 40.5 bags and 68 TFL at that time – at the moment, let’s go to 52.5 bags and 63 TFL. Parsons is younger and has more production in many areas, so the only thought is that it will cost more.
That said, the price of parsons could be so high astronomical that it does not exist. Any team who wanted to exchange for him should abandon two first-round choices to start the conversation, and even then, what would it take? Should Buccaneers abandon someone like Yaya Diaby, a young rusher on board on a recruit affair that would cost much less? Could this be the first three rounds instead?
This could be a number of these things, and you should then pay off more than $ 41 million a year to keep it planted. It’s a lot of money, and Jason Licht tends to be unfavorable to this kind of thing when it comes to abandoning money and capital. He likes his recovery choices and his local talents, and going after Parsons would be the antithesis of his team consolidation philosophy.
That being said, Parsons is a different animal. It would cost a heavy and heavy sum, but if you can get there, do it.
