The Buccaneers of Tampa Bay did not make a lot of movements this offseason to strengthen the list, but a movement they made was to sign Edge Haason Reddick.

After a season which was ruined by contractual interviews with the New York Jets, Reddick comes to the NFC South, trying to recover as one of the first passers -by in football.
The Buccaneers defensive front needed help, and Jason Licht brought Reddick to Tampa Bay. Now there is more juice defensively … But that can only happen if Haason settles in his new environment.
And according to head coach Todd Bowles, Reddick is nothing less than superb this offseason.

“I love where he is right now,” Bowles said. “He is very good in the plan. He understands things very well and helps guys. He is already one of our leaders from the start. I love the position in which he is mentally and physically and I hope he is looking to make more games at the start of the season.”
The Buccaneers offensive being one of the best in football, the defense must try to follow, and now that Reddick is in the ranks, the rush to the pass, which needed help, now looks a little more formidable.
Yes, it is early, but let’s not forget that Reddick also plays for a new contract in 2025, whether with the Buccaneers or another team, and it is clear that he leaves no stone not returned in order to have a rebound season for the ages.

Entering a new environment can be delicate, but Reddick has touched the ground, and if he can show that the dominant player that he was a few years ago is still there, he could well be the signing of the offseason.
