New York Giants The second year second year Darius Muasau has been a pleasant surprise since he was drafted by Big Blue in the sixth round of the NFL 2024 draft. He was an excellent addition to the defense as a backup and was a key player in the special teams.
Muasau knows that he will not be a starter but will be a contributor this year, as he was last season. The former UCLA out of Hawaii always seems to be around football when he is lucky to play.

Muasau was described as an “instinctive” player from head coach Brian Daboll.
“I think instincts are only part of whom I am,” Muasau told journalists on Muasseau after training. “I am not the biggest, I am not the fastest, I am not the strongest, but when I go out, I have the impression that this is what makes me unique is only my instinct.
“This is why I am able to play at this level and I have the impression that this is what made me unique. This is why I arrived at the NFL, I think, is only my instinct. Being there and being able to apply it to my game in all ways that I can and to go out and be instinctive.” 49ers of San Francisco mainly due to the time zone in which they were.
“My father was a big fan of the 49ers growing up and it is a bit for whom my father rooted, and my family still grew up watching this match and the Niners were still playing at the time and it was just a great and brilliant feeling,” he said.

This year, the Giants will welcome the Niners of the week 9. Muasau was invited to know for whom the family would be rooted.
“Obviously, us,” he said, laughing. “I mean, I am not a little child (more). I am in the NFL, living the dream, so I swing with the giants all along.”
What about his father?
“Oh, for me,” he said with another laugh. “It is rooted for us. I hope yes.”
Muasau did not seem entirely certain, but there is no way that a father rooted against his son.
