During its beginnings of pre-season of the NFL on Saturday against the Titans of Tennessee, former Iowa Football secondary Nick Jackson has already completed a Tampa Bay Buccaneers The statistical feat has not been done since 2017.

Jackson has passed a pair of seasons with the Hawkeyes After being transferred to Iowa after four seasons in Virginia. At the end of his six -year collegial career, he ended as the leader of the FBS of all time in the plated (555) and would sign with Tampa Bay After being not drafted in the NFL draft in 2025 last March.

During the pre-season match against the Titans, Jackson recorded a bag of the quarterse of Tennessee Brandon Allen during the first scrum game in a second quarter and intercepted Allen in one hand a few games later.

According to Buccaneers Communications, Jackson has become the first player since 2017 to record both a bag and an interception in the same pre-season match.

While Tampa Bay’s 29-7 victory is only the first of his three pre-season games, the remarkable feat of Jackson should reward him with a favorable impression in the hope of making the list of the 53 Buccaneers men before their first regular season match on September 7.
