The NFL will have a weekly match 1 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, for the second consecutive season. The League announced on Wednesday that Los Angeles chargeers would be the home team designated in a week 1 game in Sao Paulo, played in Corinthians Arena.
Last season, the Eagles of Philadelphia were the home team designated for the match in Brazil against the Green Bay packers. It was the second match of the NFL season, played the day after the opening of the NFL season.
The Chargers match will also be Friday of week 1, the second game of the NFL season.
It is not a game that the Cardinals of Arizona will be part. They will not face the loads as one of their opponents in 2025.
So far, the League has announced 2025 international games in Berlin, Madrid, Dublin and three in London, in addition to the match in Sao Paulo. The New York Jets, Cleveland Browns and Jacksonville Jaguars are the home teams designated for the London Games, so that the cardinals will not be able to participate in any of these competitions, because they are not confronted with any of these teams on the road this Season to come. They could face the Indianapolis colts in Berlin, but cannot play Dublin because the Pittsburgh Steelers are the designated home team, a team with which the cardinals will not face.
