Over the past four years, Jevon Holland has been one of the star players in the Miami Dolphins.
Initially written in the second round of Oregon 36th in the general classification, Holland was appointed to the All-Rookie team in 2021 And has since become one of the best security in NFL, recording five choices, five forced escapes and 301 -plated combined during its race in Miami despite the game of less than three very different defensive coordinators.
And yet, with his trip to the free market of the free agency approaching rapidly, Holland has already started to notice a different approach to the organization of the Dolphins, with the team which has drafted it making an effort to stop the ‘Include in their publications on social networks and other exterior opportunities, as he noted on the Brilliant house rules podcast.
“Transparently, see Dolphins publishing things like Valentine’s Day stuff or like any type of modification and things like that. You can see guys who may not be here next year or who can be elsewhere are simply not in it, “said Holland via Dolphins Wire. “I am on Instagram, right?” And I’m not in any of this [expletive] No more. I’m like, ok, they have evolved a little.
“I understand. I understand the decision to do it because I would do the same if I was in the same position. But from my point of view, I look at it as – I understand, but as, ok, these are the effects to be a free agent. was Your team is starting to eliminate you, in a way.
God, if the Dolphins planned to get back to Dutch, who do not feel super imminent for the moment, they certainly do not feel very well received at this stage of the game. That being said, can you really blame them? Holland is a free agent of PFF’s third note and will probably be in a new uniform by summer; Why promote a player who will not be in the team any longer?

Could Holland win this new dolphin agreement? Perhaps, because they need security if Oregon’s product decides to go to a free agency. But given the needs they also have in other places in the list, it should not be too surprising that the Dolphins have essentially accepted their reality. If this is the case, they could also say goodbye now and avoid making him a Valentine’s Day card of the personalized team to relieve his exit.
