Steelers get bad news in Aaron Rodgers Free Agent Pursuit

The Pittsburgh steelers seemed to be fatality to land Aaron Rodgers in free agency.

But then New Orleans Holy Qb Derek Carr injured his shoulder, and now there is a doubt.

Pittsburgh could find themselves in the quarter-Arrière very quickly if the saints move to hang Rodgers.

CBS sports analyst Cody Benjamin thinks Rodgers could really end up with the saints.

    Here is why:

“Here is the largest friction, for Rodgers and the Saints: unlike the Steelers, the saints do not play in AFC North, which includes a pair of Super Bowl aspirants justified in the Ravens of Baltimore and the Bengals of Cincinnati,” Benjamin writes. “They play in the NFC South, which in the last three seasons has crowned a champion with these final records: 8-9, 9-8, 10-7.”

    It makes sense.

Rodgers spent last season in AFC East, a high-level division with the Bills, and the jets did not go from 5-12.

If the 41 -year -old will continue to play, he is logical that he wants to win.

On the other hand, the Steelers are very capable of winning. They have a strong defense and large offensive weapons with DK Metcalf and George Pickens.

Rodgers also talked about his admiration for the pittsburgh head coach, Mike Tomlin and the city itself.

However, Steelers cannot like that. At the very least, Rodgers has taken an additional lever effect.
