Part 2 of a Miami Dolphins on Si Miami Grand Prix Weekend Mailbag:
By Jorge Boyd:
Hi Alain Do you think that the RB will be able to run with this OL, especially the 3rd and 4th and 1?
Hey Jorge is hope, right? I think there are absolutely reasons to believe that James Daniels and Jonah Savaiaea will be careful improvements and will help the dolphins in short -term racing situations, and with Alexander Mattison and / or the Recruue Ollie Gordon II, the Dolphins have the big back that was missing last season. I don’t know that the dolphins will become an excellent short -term race team, but they should be improved.
From Nycfinfan4life:
As always, I am grateful to you and the time you take for fans. Do you think that line D can be disruptive enough to hide our second secondary? In addition, you think it will be realistic the final result with Ramsey. Bonus: Axl Rose or Freddie Mercury for the largest vocal range.
First of all, thank you. Appreciate support. It is the rush to the pass which must be disruptive, and which falls on Phillips, Chubb and Robinson. And the question mark is whether Phillips and Chubb can regain their pre-blue form. If they do, I trust the rush towards the passes. The end result with Ramsey will be a job, most likely after June 1. As for the question of music, is it a trick question? It is Mercury for me a mile.
Of JK:
Say in the last 10 projects what percentage of editors of the finons ended up playing anywhere in the NFL? The NFL says 30%overall.
In the 10 projects between 2015-24, the Dolphins drafted 69 players and all except four of them played at least one regular season match in the NFL. The four which were not the security of the fifth round 2015 Cedric Thompson, the quarter-Arrière of seventh round 2016 Skylar Thompson, the seventh round 2021 ball carrier, Gerrid Doaks, and the large seventh round of 2024, Tahj Washington, which spent its recruit season.
From GreenView Construction:
Let’s say that we exchange Ramsey, give us commercial options for CB … Know that there are unhappy guys looking for trade.
Well, the first name that jumps is Jaire Alexander des Packers de Green Bay, although the last reports indicate that the situation has cooled and that it could be back in 2025. In addition, it is expensive and too often injured. He is the only one that comes to mind right now.
By Luis Rodriguez:
Hi Alain, if you could only sign 2 of these 4 CBS, what 2 would you sign? R. Douglas, A. Samuel, Jack Jones and Gilmore. In addition, the two you choose would be a better solution that all CB fins have written after DR1?
Hey Luis, from the list you have provided, I would go with Douglas and Samuel provided Samuel’s shoulder checks. As for whether it is better than anyone that the Dolphins could have obtained after the first round, it depends on the physically maintenance of Johnson and Benjamin Morrison because they are both high -end corner prospects that lasted until the second round due to durability problems.
By Judd Jugmonger:
Will the cheetah return with clearance boots this year … again?
Hey Judd, my best supposition is that Tyreek will make the clearances of clearance in selected situations, as if the team needs a spark. This is how it has been used since it arrived in Miami and I have no reason to change.
By Mark Malbeck:
Everyone says MM is the reason why Ramsey wants to get out of Miami. I am not sold on this subject, on the basis of the history of Ramsey; It does not stay long with the teams. Have all these other coaches led him to leave their team?
Hey Mark, of my understanding, Ramsey left Jacksonville following a conflict with some officials of the Jaguars Front Office, then the Rams exchanged him to lose salary at a time when Ramsey also wanted a new contract. Chris Grier said that it was not linked to contracts and that there is no way to believe that it would be because the Dolphins just gave him a contract and that they cannot really ask him to take a salary reduction since his salary in 2025 is guaranteed.
Poor Dolfan:
Do you think we will never know the truth about the explosion between MCD and Ramsey?
This is a good question, as to whether the specific details will come out. I could see anonymous sources come out, but there is no guarantee of this.
Of Rumble Fish:
Who will first win another championship? Miami’s dolphins or Toronto Maple Leafs?
For those who do not know the NHL, the Maple Leafs won the Stanley Cup in 1967 for the last time, six years before the Dolphins got their last title of the Super Bowl. The Maple Leafs will face the Florida Panthers now in the second round of the NHL qualifiers this year, although I don’t see them winning the Cup. I think they are closer to a title than dolphins. Sorry.
From you dolphins dum dum:
The production of Tyreek Hill fell from a cliff last year, as was the offensive of the Dolphins as a whole. Do you expect changes in this year’s offensive philosophy? What, if necessary, will probably change?
Hey Dana, I really don’t expect major changes because the offensive did a very good in 2023 and this is where the Dolphins would like to come back. At best since McDaniel took over as head coach, Tyreek Hill was at the center of the offense, and it is what (more than anything) made the offensive of the dolphins really dangerous to its peak.
By David Triana:
Given what happened in the Colts, Cardinals and Bills (@ Buffalo) matches last season, there is a chance that the Dolphins could have been a team of 11 victories. What do you think that dolphins have to do to eliminate “unl forced errors” and is there a phase of the game where they are the most widespread?
Hey David is a dangerous game to play what you do because they could also easily lose against Jacksonville during the opening, against New England at the Gillette Stadium and in the first match against the Jets. Specific to the three games you mentioned, the defense failed to reach the occasion against the cardinals and the bills, and there were expensive escapes against the colts and the invoices, as well as the costly security against Arizona. The main thing is that there was a fine line between winning and losing in several games, and the Dolphins won and lost some.
By Jorge Fernandez:
Can someone ask the coach directly not Frank Smith’s response from Frank Smith last year on the use of a more physical bodies group with players of 6 to 7 lines O on short film and everyone knows, while doing so to prove the physics point? Create their own Tash-Push Gordon version?
Hey Jorge, Smith’s question could not have been more pointed when asked why the Dolphins never use a sixth offensive line player in short -term situations, and his answer was simply that it is simply not something that the Dolphins do. I doubt that McDaniel will offer a very different answer, but I am sure that we will ask at some point.
D’Angelo Ray:
Do you think Ramsey will have a change of heart now after the project?
Hey Angelo, I have a lot of trouble anticipating that after her Instagram publication on the evening of the evening. It was very different from the ventilation of Tyreek Hill after the final of the season against the jets and saying that he wanted to go out. It was thought and published, and the message was quite clear that he doesn’t like what’s going on in Miami. Now, maybe he has a change of heart, but I would certainly not count on this.
By Mike McDonald:
Hi Alain, who is your 5-7 round guy to get the most playing time / the biggest impact?
Hey Mike, the two who immediately come to my mind are DT Jordan Phillips and RB Ollie Gordon II, and I will now go with Phillips because I think it is online for many more clichés as a recruit.
Of Dave:
Alain, is it a crazy thought to give a guy like Ethan Bonner a chance to play in real games? He always seems to have good things about him, but he never gave himself the opportunity. We got heat so as not to write a high CB in the project. Maybe we already have a guy?
Hey Dave, there was a thought among some media members that Bonner could have a breakthrough last year after playing at the end of 2023, but that never materialized. And it is not a question of not having a chance, but rather that his coaches do not see enough in practice to give it a more important role. It is therefore exaggerated to say that it is an answer, while understanding at the same time that it can perhaps take a big leap in practice and therefore save more opportunities. But he is not sure right now.
