Tennessee Titans hope to change things with Cam Ward as a quarter-Arrière leaving in the foreseeable future.
The choice was the first stage of the managing director Mike Borgonzi in its reconstruction with the titans, and He explained how precious a quarter of a quarter can be for the team.
“I just think that if you identify a quarter of a franchise, there is really no price that you can pay for this,” said Borgonzi via Espn Insider Turron Davenport.
“This is the most important position in all sports. It is a young quarter-tree and he still has a lot to work, but I think that incorporal active ingredients with him, his work ethics, his desire to become better, we felt comfortable with that.”
Borgonzi thinks that Ward’s confidence will lead him far in terms of cement of his placement within the team.
“You can feel confidence,” said Borgonzi via Davenport. “It’s not arrogant or arrogant, but there is a confidence that you must have as a player and quarter-rear.”
Titans’ head coach Brian Callahan also spoke of Ward’s confidence and the way he can be worn as a leader for the team.
“It is the capacity of leadership and the way in which he is able to improve those around him,” said Callahan via Davenport.
“There are a lot of guys who can play the position, but the guys who transcend have a unique capacity to connect with their teammates and then raise the level of everyone around him. I think that is what he has shown at each stop he has been and I hope it continues here.”
Ward will continue its ascent to become the quarter-back from the team of the future when the Titans meet next week for the minicamp recruit on Friday and Saturday.
