After taking 12-5 last season and reached the NFC championship match, Washington commanders showed that they wanted to remain a competitor next year with aggressive offseason.

With the recruit Jayden Daniels leading the accusation, their offense scored the fourth point the most and had the fourth less clearance, which makes them almost unstoppable on this side of the ball.

By calling on Laremy Tunsil and Deebo Samuel, this trend should continue.

The commanders acquired the left tackle at five times pro Bowl from the Houston Texans in exchange for several draft choices, with their selections of 2025 third and seventh round, plus a second and fourth round in 2026 for the Texans. Washington also received a fourth round choice in 2025.

There is a season, the commanders abandoned the eighth more bags with 50. Tunsil brings immediate stability to the left side of the offensive line and this number should drop in 2025 with its presence alone.

The easy part was to get Samuel for only a fifth round in 2025. The addition of a wide receiver with a set of versatile Samuelle skills increases well for an already explosive offense and it compliments Terry McLaurin very well.

Peter Schrage d’Espn strongly thinks of Washington’s chances before next season and even believes that they could compete with reigning champions.

The Eagles destroyed the commanders in the title match NFC 55-23, but the two games divided the regular season series in 2024 and with new faces on the list, it is not out of the image.

With their first -round selection in this year’s NFL draft, Washington has selected the offensive platform Josh Conerly Jr. while they continue to focus on the protection of Daniels.

In the second round, they took the Trey Amos corner half, which filled the need for an outdoor corner opposite the Marshon Lattimore.

It is difficult to win in the NFL because it changes constantly. Washington is in a unique position, where they have an elite quarter on a recruited contract with a team that has already done almost the Super Bowl, it is therefore logical to go there at the moment.
