The Buccaneers of Tampa Bay continue to divide opinion on what their prospects could be in 2025, but one thing that cannot be disputed is the intersane work carried out by the director general Jason Licht.
First of all, he managed to re-sign the pro Bowl receiver, Chris Godwin, who was about to leave the franchise, then signed the Rusher de Bord Haason Reddick to fill a blatant hole.

These two movements only are enough to give the Buccaneers a good note of offseason, but we then add their draft which includes Emeka Egbuka, and a group of solid defensive perspectives which meet each of the crucial needs of the unit of Todd Bowles.
This is a solid off-season, and for Trevor Sikkema of Focus Football, he gave the Buccaneers an A- for their work.
“The Buccaneers lost the offensive coordinator Liam Coen in the Jaguars, but it was their only important departure” ” Sikkema writes. “They brought back Lavonte David and Chris Godwin and even caused a sensation of free will with Haason Reddick.
“Tampa Bay then wrote five players who could be beginners or main players in rotation at Emeka Egbuka, Benjamin Morrison, Jacob Parrish, David Walker and Elijah Roberts.”

Baker Mayfield has now Mike Evans, Godwin, Jalen McMillan, Egbuka and Cade Otton, not to mention the race game with Bucky Irving.
Defensively, if the improvement occurs with Reddick and the recovery choices reach the soil running, the Buccaneers will be in business in the NFC.
Some are skeptical about what the Bowles team can do in 2025 after the consecutive titles of the Division under Baker, but the adding to Tampa Bay a very difficult proposal.
And that rightly wins them an extremely positive offense note.
