The Titans of Tennessee knew that they had to improve in the trenches during the offseason, so they were responsible for targeting improvements along the offensive line.
The team wrote Peter Skoronski in the first round of the NFL 2023 draft, and they followed this by taking JC Latham in n ° 7 in total in 2024. They also signed Lloyd Cushenberry III to be the center of the last season of the team, giving them 60% of a formidable departure unit.
The other two positions were not so solidified, Dillon Radunz who did not play the standard he needed and a turn of good plated who failed to protect the quarter-Arrière Will Levis.
This is why the titans were out and made some modifications to the offensive linewho obtained a seal of approval from the initiate Espn Bill Barnwell.
“In addition to the upgrade of the quarterrier, the Tennessee also made a major investment in its offensive line by signing that the old left platform of the Steelers Dan Moore Jr., a decision that will change the first round in 2024, JC Latham to its natural position of the right tackle,” wrote Barnwell.
“The Titans have also added the former veteran of Bengals and Lions Kevin Zeitler to the guard. Bringing the replacement players out of the range and exchanging competent players while avoiding these negative games should help them keep them away from desperate situations on the attack they were faced too often last season.”
Moore was an expensive signature, and Zeitler is far from being a long -term decision for titans, but these imperfections should still give better results than Tennessee had last year.
Add the fact that Cam Ward is much more difficult to eliminate for a bag than Levis, and the Titans are starting to make movements that will allow them to have a better offense in 2025.
