Minicamp compulsory officially ended at the Gillette Stadium, players now having a few weeks off before the start of the training camp.
However, it is not because they will not be in the establishment that players can relax. And the New England Patriots head coach Mike Trébel made sure to pass this point on Wednesday before the players’ departure.
“These are probably the most important five weeks of the offseason as far as I am concerned, just in my story as a player and coach,” said TRUBEL on Tuesday. “It is essential that they come back in good shape, that they are ready to go for the training camp, that we are prepared as trainers with the calendar, the installation and what we do. Players have to keep up with the good deal to prepare for the training camp. ”
Things differ from one player to another, especially when it is a veteran against a recruit. But, Vrabel detailed that each player will have a plan.
“So we always tell them that everyone will have a plan,” he said. “It’s more when we arrive at the training camp and you would say:” Well, why does this or that do it? ” Everyone will have a plan.

“There will be players who will just make an individual. There will be players who will simply make the team. There will be players who will be on the lateral packaging, or anything. This will change daily throughout the training camp.”
The players will return at the end of July, with the first training open for July 23.
