THE Buffalo bills Has their second week of training camp at St. John Fisher University with their first complete practice of pads, but they have made it less a list of two -digit injuries as early attrition occurs in the middle of heat and humidity.
Here is my team update ventilation of the team at the end of the first week of camp and which 53 players I think will be on the list of the opening day:

Before the start of the camp: Buffalo Bills 53 men, prediction of the depth card before the training camp
Strategist
∎ Starter: Josh Allen.
∎ Reserves: Mitchell Trubisky, Mike White, Shane Buechele.
∎ SAL update: No change here. Allen looks great, and White and Trubisky are in a lively battle to be the backup.
∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Allen, white.
Back
Buffalo Bills Running Back James Cook Court by slapping hands without hand as he heads for the field during the Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher University in Pittsford on July 24, 2025.
∎ Starter: James Cook.
∎ Reserves: Ty Johnson, Ray Davis, Reggie Gilliam (FB), Darrynton Evans, Frank Gore. Jr.
∎ SAL update: Cook came to camp despite his dissatisfaction with his contract, and he looks extremely motivated to have a great year.

∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Cook, Johnson, Davis, Gilliam.
Wide receiver
Alexa Antetomaso de Webster poses for a photo with the recipient of Buffalo Bills Khalil Shakir before heading to the practice at Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher University in Pittsford on July 24, 2025.
∎ Beginners: Khali Shakir, Josh Palmer, Keon Coleman.
∎ Reserves: Curtis Samuel, Elijah Moore, Laviska Shenault Jr., Tyrell Shavers, Kaden Prather, Jalen Virgil, Kj Hamler, Christian Wilkerson, Stephen Gosnell, Deon Cai, Kelly Akharaiyi.
∎ SAL update: The injuries have really wreaked havoc while Moore, Samuel, Shavers and Prather are currently absent, although Shenault has just returned on Monday and practiced for the first time. Coleman’s inconsistency remains a problem, but there has been much more good than harm, which is a good sign.
∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Shakir, Palmer, Coleman, Moore, Samuel, Shenault.

END
Bills End, Dalton Kincaid visits the staff and their families on the sidelines during the opening day of the Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher University on Wednesday July 23, 2025 in Pittsford.
∎ Starter: Dalton Kincaid.
∎ Reserves: Dawson Knox, Jackson Hawes, Zach Davidson, Keleki Latu, Matt Sokol.
∎ SAL update: Knox has not yet practiced, but his injury to the hamstrings does not seem serious. However, Kincaid reduced the same knee he injured last season and missed training on Monday, so this is a new concern that the offensive A. With increased representatives, Davidson and Hawes really took advantage of it.
∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Kincaid, Knox, Hawes.
Interior offensive line
The interior line of O’Cyrus Torrence (64), Connor McGovern (66) and David Edwards (76) played a big role in the success of the offense.
∎ Beginners: Connor McGovern (C), David Edwards (LG), O’cyrus Torrence (RG).
∎ Reserves: Alec Anderson (G), Sedrick Van Pran-Granger (GC), Mike Edwards (G), Rush Reimer (G), Kendrick Green (G), Jacob Beyer (C).

∎ Salt update: The three parties remained intact, but I thought they had had a little trouble with the blocking of the race on Monday during the first complete pads. Anderson obtained increased representatives with the continuous absence of Van Pran-Granger who has not yet practiced.
∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: McGovern, Torrence, Edwards, Van Pran-Granger, Anderson.
Offensive tackle
Buffalo Bills Tackle offensive Dion Dawkins laughs after the commentary on his teammate as they extend before practicing the Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher University in Pittsford on July 24, 2025.
∎ Beginners: Dion Dawkins (LT), Spencer Brown (RT).
∎ Reserves: Ryan van Demark, Tylan grable, Travis Clayton, Richard Gouraige, Chase Lundt.
∎ SAL update: Brown did not practice because of a painful back, but it created an excellent situation for Gable and Van Demark which are in a full battle to win the swing tackle position. Lundt also did a very good job.

∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Dawkins, brown, grable, lundt.
Defensive tackle
The defensive platform of the Bills Ed Oliver cuts around a blocker while he puts work alone on the practice field on the second day of the Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher University Thursday July 24, 2025 in Pittsford.
∎ Beginners: Ed Oliver, Daquan Jones.
∎ Reserves: Larry Ogunjobi, TJ Sanders, Dewayne Carter, Deone Walker, Zion Logue, Casey Rogers, Marcus Harris.
∎ SAL update: Carter comes out of an uneven recruit season, but it was significantly better at the start of the camp. It is too early, especially with a single padded practice, to read on Sanders and Walker recruits.
∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Oliver, Jones, Sanders, Carter, Walker, (Ogunjobi suspended six games).
Rusher on board
Bills Defensive Edge Joey Bosa works on moves during line exercises on the second day of the Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher University Thursday July 24, 2025 in Pittsford.
∎ Beginners: Joey Bosa, Greg Rousseau.
∎ Reserves: AJ Epenesa, Michael Hoecht, Landon Jackson, Javon Solomon, Hayden Harris, Paris Shand.

∎ SAL update: Rousseau has made splashing games that we are waiting for, while Bosa was quite silent and the bills take slowly with him, giving him days of veteran rest. Shand made an impression in the first days with speed rushes, but he must prove that he can do it with pads.
∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Bosa, Rousseau, Epenesa, Jackson, Solomon (Hoecht suspended six games).
Second
The Bills secondary, Matt Milano, pulls a pass during interception exercises on the second day of the Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher University Thursday, July 24, 2025 in Pittsford.
∎ Beginners: Matt Milano, Terrel Bernard
∎ Reserves: Dorian Williams, Edefuan Ulofoshio, Joe Andreessen, Baylon Spector, Shaq Thompson, Keonta Jenkins.
∎ SAL update: Bernard injured his hamstrings and is currently sidelined, and Williams also missed the last training sessions with a calf injury. This is an opportunity for bubble players like Spector, Ulofoshio and Thompson.

∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Milano, Bernard, Williams, Andreessen, Ulofoshio.
Corner
The defensive back of the Bills Christian Benford takes place under a deep ball during the cover exercises on the second day of the Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher University Thursday July 24, 2025 in Pittsford.
∎ Beginners: Christian Benford, Tre’davious White, Taron Johnson (NCB).
∎ Reserves: Maxwell HaiSton, Dane Jackson, Dorian Strong, Ingram Ja’Marcus, Cam Lewis (NCB), Brandon Codrington (NCB), Daequan Hardy, Te’cory Couch (NCB).
∎ SAL update: Hairston and White shared representatives of the first team and everyone made a handful of games, but were also beaten on several routes. It is the best competition in the camp.
∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Benford, White, Hairston, T. Johnson, Strong, Lewis.
Security
The defensive back of the Bills, Cole Bishop, repels Javon Solomon during an exercise on the day of the opening of the Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher University in Pittsford on July 23, 2025.
∎ Beginners: Taylor Rapp, Cole Bishop.

∎ Reserves: Damar Hamlin, Jordan Hancock, Darrick Forrest, Wande Owens.
∎ SAL update: Rapp looked really good and he spent a day with three interception last Friday. Hancock was transferred from security to nickel and holds up. Bishop is a work in progress, but the good news is that there is progress. Meanwhile, Hamlin cements his place because he knows the defense so well.
∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Rapp, bishop, Hamlin, Hancock, Forrest.
Special teams
Buffalo Bills Place, Tyler Bass, looks at a teammate after leaving the field at Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher University in Pittsford on July 24, 2025.
∎ Beginners: Tyler Bass (K), Brad Robbins (P), Reid Ferguson (LS).
∎ Salt update: Robbins is the only bettor on the camp, but the coach of the special teams Chris Tabor said that he had to win the post. Bass is dealing with a sore basin and released on Monday.

∎ Sal’s Picks for the 53: Bass, Robbins, Ferguson.
