AQ SHIPLY, from western Pennsylvania, was appointed a new radio analyst with the Cardinals of Arizona.
Shipley spent four of his eight NFL seasons to play for the cardinals and now he will join the organization as part of the broadcast team, replacing Ron Wolfley as an analyst of the team’s colors.
After his NFL player career, Shipipley did Podcast work and made appearances in the Pat McAfee show.
“I love being able to talk about football,” said Shipipley. “It mainly does exactly what I like to do in terms of coaching aspect, except now, it is in front of people from the angle of the media.”
Before playing in the NFL, Shipley was a multi-sport star at the Lycée in the Moon region Then played in Penn State University.

Shipley was selected by his hometown of Pittsburgh Steelers during the NFL 2009 draft and rebounded around a few training teams to the formation of the Indianapolis colts in 2021.
Shipley went back and forth between the Colts and the Ravens of Baltimore for a few years before cementing his career in Arizona, where he was the team’s departure center for four consecutive seasons.
After his player career, Shipley said he thought he would be involved in training, but decided that it was not an adjustment with a growing family.
