The Detroit Lions offensive finally showed a life in their Friday pre-season match against the Falcons of Atlanta. Of course, this sign of life has come from a particular quarter, which led Detroit on the score records in its three attempts. The other quarterrier has not yet led the lions to a single point.
This change in the dynamic titles of this week’s quarter-Arrière, where our staff does their weekly predictions for those who will and will not make the initial list of 53 men from the Lions.

Launch of things with the offensive side of the ball.
Strategist:
-
Kyle Allen: 9 votes “in” (up 9)
-
Hendon Hooker: 3 votes (down 8)
Allen has now organized consecutive performances that have a whore outside. He looks more ready and confident to execute the offensive, while Hooker simply does not seem to enter a rhythm. For the pre-season, here is the statistics of each player:
Allen: 16 sur-22 for 211 yards, 2 tds, 2 ints, 95.1 passer note
Hooker: 10 out of 16 for 56 yards, 0 tds, 1 int, 2 lost escapes, 42.7 passer notes
Consequently, eight of the 11 staff members moved Allen to the post of quarter-back rescue. Interestingly, a person in the staff considers that Detroit could be influenced to keep three quarters now, to perhaps see the development of Hooker fully while protecting himself immediately with Allen.

Running back:
-
Assumed in: Jahmyr Gibbs, David Montgomery, Craig Reynolds, Sione Vaki
Still no drama here. There is a little concern about Vaki’s ability to remain healthy, since he missed the two pre-season games. But the concern is sweet enough for its list place to do not seem in danger.
Large receiver:
-
Assumed in: Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams, Tim Patrick, Kalif Raymond, Isaac Teslaa
-
New to Bubble Watch: Tim Patrick (11 votes)
-
Dominic Lovett: 11 votes (no change)
-
Ronnie Bell: 0 votes (no change)
-
Tom Kennedy: 0 votes (no change)
-
Jackson Meeks: 0 votes (no change)
-
Jakobie Keeney-James: 0 votes (no change)
By request, we filed Tim Patrick to the bubble of the list after a slow start to a training camp and the strong game of several recruits of Lions, including Isaac Teslaa, Dominic Lovett and Jackson Meeks. However, our staff all have it, probably because of what coach Dan Campbell said about the veteran receiver last week.
“I would tell you that it is not as bad as it depicts it,” replied Campbell Patrick’s comments on a bad start to camp. “Tim, we know what Tim is, he is just a stable and reliable veteran, plays big, he is an intelligent and hard worker and he will put his consecutive days and he will be fine.”

Meeks had a very strong pre -season match, which could bring it into the WR6 discussion, especially with Livett forcing an injury – but the POD staff do not react excessively to a single match.
Tight endrandage:
-
Assumed in: Sam Laporta, Brock Wright
-
Off of Bubble Watch: Kenny Yeboah (moved to IR)
-
Shane Zylstra: 11 votes (up 1)
-
Zach Horton: 1 votes (no change)
Unfortunately, Kenny Yeboah’s injury on Friday evening won him on the injured reserve, which probably makes a race for two for Te3’s post. Detroit has two new ends tight on the list, but we do not put them on the bubble until we see them practice and / or play.
Tackle offensive:
-
Assumed in: Taylor Decker, Penei Sewell, Giovanni Manu
-
Dan Skipper: 11 votes (no change)
-
Jamarco Jones: 1 votes (no change)
The Detroit depth is worrying. Jamarco Jones and Dan Skipper still take care of injuries while Justin Herron has now left for the injured reserve season. This left most of the representatives to Giovanni Manu and Mason Miller. Manu grows, but is still far behind, and Miller has had trouble since the opening day of the camp.

This left all the staff fitting out for Skipper to return to programming, and his understanding of the work OT3 seems stronger than ever.
Interior offensive line:
-
Assumed in: Graham Glasgow, Tate Ratledge, Christian Mahogany
-
OFF OF BUBBLE WATCH: Colby SORSDAL (moved to IR)
-
Kayode Awosika: 11 votes (no change)
-
Trystan Colon: 5 votes (no change)
-
Kingsley Eguakun: 4 votes (up 2)
-
Miles Frazier: 0 votes (down 2)
-
Netane Muti: 0 votes (no change)
-
Michael Niese: 0 votes (no change)
Sorsdal was a little long to list, but he started to make a very strong argument before undergoing an injury at the end of the season on Friday evening. He signed the 2026 season, so he will have a more blow to make him a matter next season.
Elsewhere, the staff is now unanimous to believe that the recruit Miles Frazier will start the regular season on the list physically unable to play. This opens a list place, and the staff are in conflict where this place is located. Everyone believes that Kayode Awosika is the most reliable veteran guard at the moment, but the battle of the rescue center remains unstable. Trystan Colon has a slight advance after starting Friday’s match in the center, but Kingsley Eguakun won the field after a rebound match after a difficult start in 2025 against the charge.
