New York Giants Fans have been waiting all summer since the choice of fourth round Cam Skattebo to hit the playing field.
The former striking ram of the Arizona State of a ball carrier had shown lightning at the team’s mini-camp and at the start of the training camp before refining his hamstrings, which made him miss the first two pre-season games of the Giants.

Skattebo made its debut in the NFL Thursday evening in the 42-10 pre-season of the Giants of the Patriots of New England. His first touch was not memorable. He fell out of the door.
The skattebo teammates naturally did not give him a pass. Welcome to the NFL.
“When you come across your own face, everyone gives you a little shit for that,” skattebo told journalists on Friday.
“But the guys understand what we have as a team, and we continue to push every day. They know nine times out of 10, I make this game. Really, 10 times by 10. But first carry in the league, putting my feet below me, and the one I was caught. It was a great experience. I can’t wait any more.”

The recruit won 12 yards on three races in the match, or 4.0 yards by respectable attempt. He was not targeted in the passage game.
Friday, head coach Brian Daboll said that the team was running Skattebo at the moment, which is the reason why he only obtains three points in the match.
“We have meetings with the medical team and they give us a certain number of games or representatives in the practice he can manage, and we give him these games, so the number of representatives he obtained last night was … Sitting with the medical team and that was the quantity of representatives he could obtain, so I hope that every day, he can do a little more in the next two weeks,” he said.
Do not expect Skattebo to fall on his face a lot in the future. He has a high ceiling in this league and many predict that he will reach him.
