After the Buccaneers of Tampa Bay released Shilo Sanders, Shannon Sharpe noted that it could be the first time that he was facing any kind of rejection in football.

After Tampa Bay’s Buccaneers released Shilo Sanders in the first wave of cuts on the alignments, Shannon Sharpe noted that it could be the first time he faced any kind of rejection in football. Sanders launching a punch on Zach Davidson in the second quarter on Saturday evening August 23, this was what cost him a place in Tampa. After the incident, Sanders was expelled from the Tampa Bay pre-season match.

“ The first time Shilo was informed that he was not good enough ”

“This is the first time that Shilo is said that he was not good enough. I mean, he was a phenomenal player. Obviously, he took his first departure with the University of South Carolina. He obtained a D1 scholarship”, ” Sharpe said On Nightcap.

Sanders began his career at the University of South Carolina before transferring to Jackson State. At the time, his father, the corner half of the renowned temple Daion Sanders, had taken over as a head coach. Sanders then followed his father to Colorado, setting up solid numbers. However, Sanders’ future in football now seems uncertain.

“All your whole life, you dreamed of being an NFL player, whatever the case, you dreamed of holding this dream work, then all of a sudden it is like” you are not good enough “,” said Sharpe about the situation of Sanders.

Sharpe, however, continued to predict that Sanders’ career is not yet over. Mike Florio de Pro Football Talk also predicted that Sanders could still come back with the Buccaneers of Tampa Bay, potentially in the training team, according to The Sporting News. Florio said: “We are told that the Buccaneers liked to have Shilo in the building, seeing the son of Deion Sanders like a good -natured, who was at any time respectful of everyone. Shilo was also immediately full of remorse following the incident that disqualified him from the second quarter of the match against the bills.”

“Sanders could, in theory, sign with the BUCS training team, after cleaning the exemptions. The biggest question is whether it is good enough to compete and play at the NFL level,” added Florio.
