Kansas City Chiefs Wide receiver Rashee Rice is quietly becoming one of the NFL’s most productive receivers through three weeks of the 2024 regular season.

Despite the slow start to the Chiefs’ offense, Kansas City found a potential star in its 2023 second-round pick, who has been one of the Chiefs’ most reliable receivers this season.

This season, it seems like Rice can get open on every play, especially when Patrick Mahomes needs him the most, and fans around the league are starting to notice.

On Tuesday, the NFL’s official Twitter account released a list of the top five receiving yardage leaders heading into Week 4.

Rice was listed in second place behind Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins:

The former SMU Mustang is becoming one of Kansas City’s most consistent contributors, while star tight end Travis Kelce’s production has faltered in the Chiefs’ first three games.

Expect Rice to be a major threat to the Kansas City offense when the Chiefs travel to face the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.
