With a 38-13 victory over the Chicago Bears on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium, San Francisco ended its three-game streak and improved to 6-7 with four games remaining in the regular season.
San Francisco’s playoff probability increased from nine to eight percent. Again – the wild, wild West.
The NFC West-first Seattle Seahawks (8-5) beat the Arizona Cardinals (6-7), and the Los Angeles Rams (7-6) took care of business against the Buffalo Bills (10-3) in a close match.
San Francisco remains in last place in the division.
The Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles have already clinched a playoff spot, while the New York Giants are officially eliminated from playoff contention.
