The former Bears attacking coordinator, Luke Getsy, introduced himself to Packers Standing at the end of last season as a defensive consultant for coach Matt Lafleur, and the Milwaukee Journél-Sentinel reported on Monday that the Packers had Hired Getsy full -time as a senior assistant.

Getsy, 40, was the offensive coordinator of the Bears in 2022 and ’23 before dismissing him. They finished 23 and 18th, respectively, these seasons.

The raiders resumed Getsy as an attacking coordinator this season, but pulled him after only nine games.

Getsy made his debut as a NFL coach with packers as a quality control assistant in 2014 and made his way to Wide Home Coach by 2016. In total, he Drove eight seasons with the packers, having his short time with them this season.

“It’s good to have reassembled it,” said Lafleur at the beginning of the month. “He is known as the mayor here. He has a lot of lasting relationships with a lot of people in the building. It’s just a positive guy to be there. It was good.
